유감스럽게도 이 사이트에서 소개한 것은 Goshen교수의 “The Death of Contract Law”(4.2) 한편 밖에 없다. 베스트 10에 선정되지 않은 논문이라고 가치가 없는 것은 물론 아니겠지만 선정된 논문은 어떤 면에서든 장점이 두드러진 것일 가능성이 높다. 앞으로 기회가 있으면 과거의 목록 중에서라도 흥미로운 것은 뽑아서 소개하면 좋겠다는 생각을 해본다.
