세계 각국에서 지배구조를 연구하는 학자들의 연구조직인 European Corporate Governance Institute(ECGI)는 오늘 새로 Blog를 개설하고 창간호를 업로드하였다. Blog는 Columbia Business School의 Wei Jiang교수와 National University of Singapore의 Dan Puchniak교수에 의한 공동대표편집위원체제로 운영되며 2주에 한 번씩 업로드할 예정이라고 한다. Blog는 그때그때 부각되는 테마를 중심으로 운영될 예정인데 처음 두 달 동안의 테마는 “responsible capitalism“이다. 창간호에는 다음과 같은 세 편이 글이 실려 있다.
